Welcome to the Sunday “Mellow” League — one of the J’s longest-running and most beloved basketball traditions. This 30+ league is where community, competition, and camaraderie come together every weekend.

Whether you're a weekend warrior or just love being part of the game, this league is built for everyone — from the die-hard baller to the laid-back player who just wants a good run with good people. Players register individually and are drafted to teams, creating new connections and friendly rivalries that last far beyond the final buzzer.

With a 10-game regular season, playoffs for all, certified officials, and online standings and stats, it’s structured, spirited, and full of heart.
