ADULT Sports
Adult Soccer
TRAIN. PLAY. THE J WAY.
This is the largest recreational co-ed league in the area consisting of two 25-minute halves in the 8 v 8 formations. Three of the eight players on the field MUST be a female. Females’ goals count double and slide-tackling is not allowed. Teams are registered as one unit through a captain as the representative. This is an 8-game regular season, and all teams will make the playoffs. We will do our best to accommodate make-ups due to inclement weather. Please note dates may change due to weather. Please note your team name and shirt color in your registration.
adult Basketball
The J way of playing basketball works to develop character athletes through competitions and training that support sportsmanship and fair play. Here at the J, we focus on the overall development of each athlete from the basic fundamentals to game strategies. The J way allows all athletes to play, learn, and grow regardless of age or skill level.
Registration will close online prior to the deadline if the league is full.

Beginner Player: Needs on-court experience. Has stroke weaknesses but is familiar with basic positions for singles and doubles play.
Beginner Player: Learning to judge where the ball is going although court coverage is weak. Can sustain a short rally of slow pace with other players of the same ability.
Beginner-Intermediate Player: Fairly consistent when hitting medium-paced shots, but strokes lacks execution when trying for directional control, depth or power. Needs work on depth and variety.
Intermediate Player: Has achieved improved stroke dependability with directional control on moderate shots, but still lacks depth and variety. Starting to exhibit more aggressive net play and has improved court coverage.
Intermediate-Advanced Player: Has dependable strokes, including directional control and depth on both forehand and backhand sides plus the ability to use lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys with some success. Rallies may be lost due to impatience.
