Tennis 1-2-3 Session 2

TENNIS 1-2-3, is a 6 week program designed to make the introduction to tennis simple, fun and takes less than 10 minutes to start. 1. The ball is a red felt low compression ball. A lower -bouncing ball helps the player feel the game and develop your swing. As you improve, we switch to a different ball and court size until you are ready for our adult drills. 2. Longer rallies mean great workout while you develop your swing. 3. Play along with similar levels in a relaxed, social environment. 4. Focusing on fitness, skill development and match play. 5. 23-inch racquets (provided) 6. 44 ft courts (Tennis is 78ft)
